Mindfulness Practice Day
SATURDAY, 11th MARCH, 10am – 3pm
You are invited to this day, much of which will be spent in silence. This is an opportunity to deepen your own mindfulness practice. It is always so helpful to feel the support of being together with others. You will be led in meditations and other practices and encouraged to see the day as a time to have space and time just to be with yourself in a nurturing way. It is also a time to experience the beneficial effect of being in silence. There will be opportunity to ask questions at the beginning of the day and later on to reflect and share your experiences.
We are offering this day in person. The session will be held in Kingston, at St John’s church meeting rooms and grounds, Robin Hood Lane, SW15 3PY which is just off the A308 and A3 between Richmond Park and Wimbledon Common. Easily accessible by the 85, K3 and 265 buses and has free car parking.

• Dress in comfortable layers so that you can adjust for times that you maybe feeling too warm or a little chilly.
• We will provide mats, but do bring your own, blankets, cushions, socks and whatever you need for your comfort.
• Please bring your lunch – hot drinks and biscuits will be provided.
The rooms will be open from 9.30 a.m.
